Carl Walther GmbHFounded in 1886 in Zella-Mehlis, Thuringia, the Carl Walther company today is known for large-caliber pistols used by police and other law enforcement authorities. Additionally, it makes high-quality sporting weapons. In both of these areas it can look back on a tradition of excellent gunmaking going back now 130 years. Legendary handguns bearing the famous WALTHER ribbon logo include the Walther PPK (favored by Agent 007 James Bond), the P.38/P1 pistol of the German army and the well-known P99 and PPQ, all of which have large fan communities throughout the world. In 1993 the company was acquired by the UMAREX Group, which is based in Arnsberg, Germany. Carl Walther manufactures most of its weapons in the factory which it established in 2005 in Ulm, and it has its headquarters together with its parent company Umarex in Arnsberg.

- Walther P99 Accessories. Once again we have a CCW with an integrated rail, and I can’t see what the point is. This gun was designed to be carried and using attachments will only ruin that. Nonetheless, if you find yourself looking to hook up a laser sight.

5.0 1 ratingThings I liked: Fits the Umarex's Walther PPQ CO2 pistol like a glove. Very good & strong fit and does not wobble, yet easy to attach/remove. Easy to calibrate my Walther pistol scope. Feels like a natural extension (which cannot be said of any other acc rail I've tried in any as/bb pistol so far).Bottomline: The gun is wearing this rail, it's not hidden inside it.Things I would have changed: Nothing, really. A bottom rail would make this thing too big for my taste. What others should know: Only fits on a PPQ-shaped design; does not fit any other P99 models (Umarex/Walther/Maruzen), they don't have picatinny rail 'teeth' and the overall shape is a little different (about 1mm too wide below the slide). If you want to fit this on a newer P99 model, you need to carve off lots of stuff from the pistol, since this acc rail is metal.
