Mount and Blade Character Set-UpWhen you begin a new game of Mount and Blade your first task is to set up your character. You are offered a series of choices which will determine your starting stats, your possessions and your wealth. You can choose to be a male or female character.Once you begin the game you can increase your stats, skills and weapon abilities through gaining experience. Once you have chosen the back story for your character you can name them and spend any remaining points you have on skills and weapon abilities. The choices you made will also determine your starting inventory, for example if you chose to be a merchant then you will start with a range of goods, if you chose to be a squire you will have better weapons and armor.Finally you can select your characters face and hair using a simple editor program. This allows you to really personalize your character for the adventure ahead.
