Anno 2070 Map Editor
It was first published in 1998 and is the first game of the Anno series. Of the game are titled Anno 1503, Anno 1701, Anno 1404, Anno 2070 and Anno 2205. Not all versions of Anno 1602 AD shipped with a map editor, therefore several.

Oct 20, 2012 Figured out how to use gimp to edit dds files. Now the trick is in the doing of the editing. Also there's modding info on the anno 2070 wikia site, to edit building values from the assets xml, electricity and balance costs. Problem I have with it is the 9 or more patches so far I don't know which assets xml to edit. I was wondering if there was a Anno 2070 Map / World editor released yet. I saw on the Wiki it said it hasn't been released yet but it seemed like.
